Music Tech Row, operated by HRDRV Inc. ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. Music Tech Row is a brand operated by HRDRV Inc., not a separate legal entity. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site, register for the event, or create an account, and how we use it.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: name, email, city/state, company, Instagram handle, website, role, goals, referral source, ticket tier, additional attendee emails, profile photo, username, and bio.
We use this information for event registration, attendee communication, profile creation, admin management, and event operations. We do not sell your data.
All data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security. Personally identifiable information (email, phone, additional attendee emails) is restricted to admin access only.
Users can create an account, upload a photo, and manage their profile. Profile data is private by default and is not visible to other attendees unless a public directory is launched — in which case users will be notified.
Your ticket tier is captured at purchase and stored on your profile. It is not editable by the user and is used only to manage event access and communications.
Profile photos and post images are stored in secured Supabase storage buckets with access policies. Profile photos are only accessible by the account owner.
We rely on Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and auth), and Resend or similar (email). We do not share your data with sponsors or partners without your consent.
