By accessing or using the Music Tech Row website, registering for the event, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Music Tech Row is a brand operated by HRDRV Inc., not a separate legal entity. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Music Tech Row. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation notice to the original purchaser's payment method.
By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information. Accounts are non-transferable.
Tickets are non-transferable to a different tier but may be transferred to another attendee at the original purchase price. To transfer a ticket, contact musictechrow@hrdrv.com with the original purchaser's name, email, and the new attendee's name and email. Tier assignment follows the original purchase.
Tickets may be resold at or below face value only. Reselling tickets above the original purchase price is strictly prohibited. Music Tech Row reserves the right to cancel tickets that have been resold above face value without refund. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party resellers.
Purchasers who buy multiple tickets are responsible for distributing registration links to their attendees. Each ticket corresponds to one attendee account.
Users agree not to upload offensive, misleading, or infringing content to their profile. Music Tech Row reserves the right to remove accounts that violate this policy.
By registering or creating an account, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Music Tech Row reserves the right to change dates, venue, speakers, or programming. Registered attendees will be notified of material changes.
All Music Tech Row branding, content, and materials are owned by HRDRV. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
